For example, top right, the four buildings; I assume you are showing total square feet but it doesn’t say that. As for putting residential development in the City, this is an age old problem. Cities die unless people live in them. Someone brave needs to take a stab at it with support from the government but NOT with a Miami type skyscraper. Retro-fit what is there, keep the character of the architecture and accommodate modern apartments and lofts within with cafes and restaurants on the ground floor. Back in 1998 Glenhuron Bank proposed a re-development of Marshall Hall. That went nowhere with government. It was for retail and offices but could equally have been apartments and retail. The existing building was to be retained and two new buildings built in the same style. That whole car park on the sea front could be developed sympathetically to look like old Bridgetown. It woukd prove very popular to a wide audience. A condo in the sky you can get anywhere.
